The conference registration is now online at Conftool!
The Early Bird registration period will last until May 9, 2023 – extended to May 12, 2023. From May 13, 2023, the regular conference fees will be applicable.
While we hope to welcome as many of our colleagues on-site here in Graz as possible, there will also be an Online Participation option for those who can not join us on-site.
We are also deligted to be able to offer special reduced rates for participants from Developing Countries.
The Student Participant rates are available to all colleagues who are currently studying and have not yet received their PhD/Doctorate (i.e. to “pre-doc” students).
On-site registration includes participation in the Pre-Conference Workshops, the Opening Ceremony & Reception, a guided walking tour of the city and a free three-day ticket for the city’s public transport lines.
Online and on-site participants will have access to the recordings of all conference sessions after the conference is over.

The currently available Payment Options are by wire transfer and by credit/debit card. We hope to be able to offer Paypal as an additional option soon (the University of Graz has been working on implementing it but unfortunately is not quite ready yet).
We will do our best to be flexible regarding changes in registrations and cancellations, and will fully refund any cancellations up to 4 weeks before the conference. However, we hope for your understanding that we will not be able to process refunds for any cancellations after June 9, 2023.
